Connect Notion so Grok can search and edit your workspace

Notion is in the Grok connector catalog. Once it is connected, Grok can search and edit pages, databases, and wikis in the workspace you signed in with.

Connect Notion

1. Go to grok.com/connectors.
2. Click New Connector and choose Notion.
3. Complete the Notion OAuth screen and pick the pages Grok is allowed to see.
4. Back in a chat, ask for a page, a database, or a wiki by name.

On the phone: Settings → Connectors, then connect Notion there.

On the web you can also press + in a chat, open Connectors, and + Add connector.

Grok uses the connector when the question is about that workspace. You do not flip a tool on per message.

What to ask

• Search: Find the launch brief in Notion and quote the ship date.
• Database: List open rows in [database] with owner and status.
• Edit: Add a meeting-notes page under [parent] with these bullets. Name the parent page so it lands in the right tree.

Disconnect

1. Open grok.com/connectors.
2. Find Notion and disconnect it.
3. Or revoke the integration inside Notion's own connected-apps settings.

Pitfalls

• Grok only sees the pages you granted. A 404-from-Grok usually means the page was not shared with the integration.
• On Grok Business and Enterprise, a team admin has to provision the connector in the cloud console before members can connect it.
• Notion is a catalog connector. Custom MCP is a separate row for tools outside the catalog.
