Reopen the Grok Bot computer pane after 0.58.0

In Grok Bot 0.58.0, the separate computer button in the top right was folded into the Bot’s name at the top center of the chat. Staff (kevinn / Kevin Neilson, Sep 24, 2026) confirmed the screen view is still available through that path on macOS report and Windows divider report. Dragging the chat|computer divider all the way closed also hides the right pane with no monitor icon left behind. Use the same reopen path.

Reopen from the Bot name

1. Open the Bot’s chat.
2. Click the Bot’s name at the top center of the window. A panel opens on the right with the Bot’s settings.
3. Click the back arrow (Back to details) at the top left of that panel.
4. The live screen preview is at the top of the panel. Click it to open the full computer view.

Pitfalls

• Looking for the old top-right monitor / computer button — removed in 0.58.0 in favor of the Bot-name path.
• Collapsing the divider all the way to the right on Windows — reopen with the Bot name or Ctrl+Alt+B; there is no separate monitor icon after collapse.
• Closing the preview does not stop cloud work; the Bot keeps running on the shared computer.
