Switch and add Grok Bot accounts on desktop

Official FAQ and Settings: on desktop, open the account menu and choose Switch account or Add account. Settings lists the same accounts; inactive rows include Remove. Sources: Settings and notifications, Grok Bot FAQ.

Add another account

1. Open the account menu in the Grok Bot desktop app.
2. Choose Add account.
3. Sign in with the Cursor account you want to save.

Switch accounts

1. Open the account menu.
2. When more than one account is saved, choose Switch account.
3. Pick the account to use for this session.

Settings also lists saved accounts. On an inactive row, choose Remove to drop that saved sign-in from the desktop.

What the account menu also shows

Per Settings → General → Account: sign in or out of the Cursor account used by Grok Bot, About (installed version), and Get Grok Bot for mobile (App Store listing).

Pitfalls

• Switching accounts changes which Bots, computer, and connectors you see. Do not treat two saved accounts as one shared workspace.
• Remove only clears the saved sign-in on this desktop. It does not delete Bots or revoke Cursor access elsewhere.
• Mobile companion apps follow the signed-in account on that device; multi-account switch/add is documented for desktop.
