Review a draft before Grok Bot sends it

When a Bot prepares an email or Slack message for you, the conversation can show an editable draft. Official steps: Message and collaborate → Review a draft before it is sent.

Desktop

1. Wait for the draft card in the Bot conversation (email or Slack).
2. Review the recipients and body. Edit the draft in place if needed.
3. Choose Send email or Send message to deliver, or Discard to drop the draft.

Mobile (iPhone and Android)

The same cards use Send Email or Send Message, and Discard.

Pitfalls

• The draft stays in the conversation until you send or discard it. Closing the app does not send it for you.
• A reaction on the draft card is not a send. Use the Send / Discard controls (or a written instruction) when you need the Bot to change course.
• Redirecting other in-progress work is a separate flow: send a new message, or send a direct “Stop now” when work should end immediately. Stop now does not undo actions the Bot already completed.
