Fix a SuperGrok plan missing across web and apps
A web SuperGrok purchase can look missing in the iOS or Android app (or the reverse) when each surface is signed into a different Apple, Google, or X identity. The FAQ treats this as an account mix-up first, not an automatic double charge. Source: docs.x.ai/grok/faq.
Align the same identity
- On the store that charged you, note which login bought SuperGrok (Apple ID, Google account, or X).
- Sign out of grok.com and the mobile apps.
- Sign back in everywhere with that same identity.
- Open Settings → Billing / Usage and confirm the plan and weekly pool.
X Premium+ benefits follow the linked X account. Link X under Settings → Account → Connect your X Account when you need those benefits on grok.com.
Active plan still shows Activate / Upgrade
- Update the app to the latest version.
- Force-quit, sign out, clear cache if available, sign in again.
- Confirm the subscription is active in the app store’s Subscriptions list and in the Grok app.
Genuine double charge
If two platforms each show a SuperGrok charge for the same period after the logins match, contact support with both receipt numbers and ask for a refund path. Store-specific cancel/refund steps: Cancel or refund a SuperGrok subscription.

Pitfalls
- Buying a second plan on mobile to “fix” a web purchase that is on another login.
- Reading a large yearly SuperGrok Heavy invoice as API usage — check purchase date and plan history first.
