Use Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft 365 from Grok Bot

Grok Bot supports connectors and MCP under Settings → Plugins. Staff (kevinn) confirm there is currently no Outlook, Teams, or Microsoft 365 connector in the catalog, so there is nothing to install for those products inside Grok Bot.

Supported path today

1. Ask the Bot to open Outlook on the web, Teams on the web, or the Microsoft 365 app you need in its browser on the shared computer.
2. When the Bot pauses on sign-in, take over the computer (or the Bot browser).
3. Complete login and any 2FA yourself on that session.
4. Confirm the signed-in page finished loading.
5. Hand the computer back and tell the Bot to continue.

Do not paste passwords or one-time codes into chat. Sessions on the shared computer can persist afterward so other Bots can reuse the same browser login. See Use the computer and apps.

grok.com connectors stay separate

On grok.com you can still attach Outlook Mail or Microsoft Teams connectors for chat workflows. That path is separate from Grok Bot Plugins. How-tos: Add Grok to Outlook, Connect Microsoft Teams in Grok.

Some users pipe Bot work through a signed-in grok.com session that already has those connectors. That only works if your plan includes both surfaces.

Pitfalls

• Users report Microsoft account locks and AADSTS900561 errors when several Bots and an office PC share one Microsoft login at once. Prefer one signed-in session at a time when possible.
• Browser skimming of Outlook mail is fragile: sessions drop, and security systems may flag simultaneous use.
• Absence of a Microsoft row in Plugins is expected. Waiting for a catalog connector is the feature request; computer use is the documented workaround.
