View users and teams on a Grok organization

Organization admins inspect domain-associated users and linked console teams from console.x.ai/organization. Organizations are Enterprise only — contact xAI sales to upgrade if the page is unavailable. Official guide: Organization Management.

What an organization is

An organization groups related console teams under one IT surface. Key pieces:

• Domain association — link the org to an email domain (for example @yourcompany.com). Signups and logins with that domain associate to the organization automatically.
• User visibility — org admins see every associated user across teams on /organization.
• Team association — teams created by organization members link to the org and show in the dashboard.

Independent Grok Business or API teams stay separate workspaces; the org layer adds centralized visibility and security controls (SSO, SCIM).

View users

1. Open console.x.ai/organization as an organization admin.
2. Scroll to the Users section.
3. Review domain-associated users, team affiliations, and access status.

Use this list to spot inactive accounts, confirm domain association is working, and plan license or SCIM changes.

View teams

1. On the same dashboard, open the Teams section.
2. Review associated console teams, their members, and high-level usage metrics.

Teams created by org members appear here for oversight without collapsing each team’s own billing and API settings.

Pitfalls

• /organization is org-admin only and Enterprise-gated — team Admins on a single Business team may not see it.
• Domain association on the org is distinct from a team’s Verified Domains DNS flow in the FAQ how-to.
• Viewing users does not assign licenses — seat moves still use Assign and revoke Grok Business licenses (or SCIM after activation).
